If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 24 hours of the date you received your item.Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase and the item to be returned has not been dispatched with the courier, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Absolute Exotics SA waivers accountability for freight forwarding cost for all returns other than defected items and guarantee, warranty related exchanges. In the case of food items the manufacturer guidelines for exchanges will supersede Absolute Exotics SA's exchange policy. Return Due To Change Of Mind
Absolute Exotics SA will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unsealed,unaltered, unused and in re-sellable condition.Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We (Absolute Exotics SA) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Return Shipping

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a online credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a online voucher will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
