ReturnsIf you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 24 hours of the date you received your item.Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase and the item to be returned has not been dispatched with the courier, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Absolute Exotics SA waivers accountability for freight forwarding cost for all returns other than defected items and guarantee, warranty related exchanges. In the case of food items the manufacturer guidelines for exchanges will supersede Absolute Exotics SA's exchange policy. Please revert to manufacturer exchange guidelines and conditions of returns where applicable.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unsealed with no deviations. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No partial refunds for used items will be granted. Refunds due to customer request will be subjected to the deduction of a min of 11.5% transactional & admin fees subject to payment method used for the placed order
Return Due To Change Of MindAbsolute Exotics SA will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unsealed,unaltered, unused and in re-sellable condition.Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We (Absolute Exotics SA) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Refundswe only refund for damaged or defective items Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via eft payment method to the prescribed bank account, within a certain amount of days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a 3 days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a online credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a online voucher will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
InsuranceIf you are shipping an item over R750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Parcels are not insured for loss and damage
